Event location synopsis:<br><br>The odds of obtaining space at GT are 75%. However, we should probably move the date to the 21st. Clearly, hosting the event on the weekend prior to exams should be avoided.<br><br>My sense regarding LUGatGT's response to hosting the Install Fest is this: Asterisk is slightly too tangential to Linux for the event to receive immediate support. In addition, the scope of the project might seem daunting. I am confident that perceptions there may be changed with a bit more relationship building. It will be interesting to learning what Steve hears from

Emory is on Spring Break until the 16th; we might not hear back from Emory before that date. Emory's exam period is from May 3 - 9, maybe the 21st would be a better date in this instance as well.
<br><br>Emory School of Law has not responded to inquiries there, which is unusual as the good folks at Emory are unfailingly courteous -- I fear that a spam filter intercepted my inquiries there. I am pursuing other avenues.
<br><br>At this point in time, confirming any location would be good., and contacting "Quality Services" about hosting the event would be in our best interest. I'll contact Michael from ALE NE seeking suggestions.
