Good Morning Mike,

We had our AtlAUG meeting last night and everyone is lined up to make this
a success. We reviewed the schedule of events for the day and believe that
we need to run the event until 2:00PM instead of 1:00PM to get everything
done. We'd then pack and clean up and be out of the space by 3:00PM. Is
that OK?

Let me know what you can get us for IP connectivity. At least one
unblocked public IP would be great and let us know if it's a fixed IP or
DHCP. We plan to pre-configure our routers and servers so they'll be plug
and play when we get there. One of our members lives close to Tech and
wants to come by Friday afternoon and confirm the IP connection is live.

Two rooms would be great. Since our schedule has presentations and
demonstrations going on simultaneously with installs we could do the
presentations in one room and installations in the other.

What kind of room can we get for the presentations? Will there be a
screen? It would be great if there was a projector and PA but we can bring
our own if necessary.

Will there be folding tables available for us to use for the installs?
