It is normally RX TX setting on your T1. It takes a bit to get it
right, depending on where the echo is you can adjust the transmit or
receive settings. Turn off echo cancellation to make the adjustment.
Once it is close turn it back on.
Follow the instructions for using ztmonitor on the WIKI it is pretty
straight forward.

Subject: [Aaug] Echo on client
Just need to tap the knowledge of some people. Kris and I have a client
with a Deltacom T1 who recently has been complaining about a lot of
echo. They don't get it on all calls... usually inbound but today or
yesterday they got echo on an outbound call.
When echo does happen they have been e-mailing Deltacom. Now the girl at
Deltacom usually responds that she had rerouted the call path to a
different circuit but I was wondering... is the echo issue always going
to be Deltacom's burden or is there some other setting I can tweak in
Asterisk? Echo cancellation is turned on but other than that I'm not
sure what to do.
Thanks,
Anthony
