I'll check into what room we have available that's best-suited and get back
to you.  How long would the room be in use?

We'll either get a room in the Klaus Advanced Computing Building (aka KACB,
aka Klaus) and the College of Computing Building (aka CCB) are both right on
public roads, but depending on conditions parking could be several blocks
distant, so I agree that a drop-off system would be in order.

I had forgotten about the whole semester system thing.  As you probably
already know, the developers conference is probably the third week of May.
If it is going to be earlier, what date did you have in mind?  You may have
already told me and I forgot.
