[Aaug] DIDs and conferencing

Dealing with these people is not like dealing with a phone company.
I've been unable to talk to sales people at any in this list.  I also
tried RnkVOIP.

Called and got a lengthy recording.  Tried to call sales but got a
message that their voice mail box was full and my call was terminated.
