[Aaug] Install Fest - Got the Stuff for the Install

FYI. I have packed all of the hardware for the installation station.
Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, 4 port KVM, power strips, CDROMS, power cables,
etc.

As a baseline, a Trixbox 2.1.8 install ran 31 minutes on a 400MHz Celeron.
Then adding Webmin, Samba and configuration and it was done in well under
an hour total.

So we should be able to get 12 done in 4 hours easy.

I have a Installers Guide and Cheat sheet for the process complete with
VoIP provider info and an Installee Waiver and Release.
