[Aaug] Asterisk Install Fest Parking and Computer Drop Off

Hello Install Fest Attendees, Installees and Volunteers,

Here are a few last minute details to get you there for the fun.

To get to Georgia Tech an interactive Google map with directions to the
event is posted at http://atlaug.com/blog/?page_id=30.

Parking at Georgia Tech is not a simple matter. A valid Georgia Tech
parking permit is required to park anywhere on campus, at any time, except
in visitor lots or at a paid meter. Parking meters in Residential zones
are enforced 24/7; otherwise, hours of enforcement and rates are posted on
every Georgia Tech parking meter.

Attached is a campus parking map. The Install Fest is in the Klaus
Advanced Computing Building which is marked E40 on the map.  I suggest
parking in Area 4 which is just West of the building.  There are the free
Tech Trolleys and Stinger Shuttles that run around campus which can bring
you to Klaus if you have to park elsewhere.

Installees may pull off Ferst Drive into a dead-end drive that runs along
the West side of the Klaus Building. You can see that drive on the
attached map of the Klaus Building.  Volunteers will meet you there to
take your computer into the Install room while you go park.

We will meet in room 1443 and the actual installations will take place in
room 1305.

You can reach me on my cellphone at 678-464-3031 and Amateur Radio
operators can use the W4DOC repeater on 146.820 MHz (-600) with a 146.2 Hz
tone as a talk-in channel.

Finally, the Klaus Building is a wonderful, new facility and we are
honored that GTISC is allowing us to use it for the Install Fest. Please
be a good guest and note and observe all rules.
